Founded in 1984, Carr Maloney is a regional law firm serving the mid-Atlantic with offices in Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia. The firm was established based on the principle of superior client service.

Carr Maloney has developed a regional and national reputation for efficient and effective litigation of complex civil matters. We have many highly-experienced attorneys who represent clients in high-stakes, multiparty litigation. We litigate complex disputes involving toxic tort, product liability, construction and insurance coverage claims, among others. We also serve as national and regional coordinating counsel for our clients, who retain our services because of our knowledge and understanding of their unique product or policy issue
